Mr. N.B.M. (Klaus) Vink (24-12-1951)
Experienced as a tax advisor since 1975 and since 1987 as a lawyer and tax expert. Specialties: tax law, company law, investments, acquisitions, banking, financing, leasing, mergers and the conduct of procedures, particularly tax law and tax matters. Partner at Nobel & Van Wierst Tax Tax Advisors BV and Baker & McKenzie / Caron & Stevens, a large international law and tax consultancy office with headquarters in Chicago. Senior partner at Vink & Partners Lawyers, Tax Advisors and Notary, since April 1990. President of the Ajax Business Associates (ABA) and Chairman of Foundation Turnace Gymnastics Amsterdam. (Former) member of the Supervisory Board of national and international companies and banking institutions. Involved as initiator, founder and / or advisor to various (listed) interest, investment and mutual funds.
Mr. S. (Sjaron) Vink (07-01-1982)
Graduated in Dutch and Tax Law at the University of Amsterdam in 2006. Is working as a certified lawyer and tax advisor at Vink & Partners Lawyers, Tax Advisors and Notary in Amsterdam. Holds a FIFA license and is a member of the Dutch Bar Association and the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors. Is part of the Tax Commission of Pro Agent, the interest group of licensed players' agents. Sjaron used to play football at AFC.
F. R. (Frank) Schouten (10-05-1973)
After studying marketing and management, gained experience in various managerial positions in the business sector. Has worked several years as a private banker at ABN AMRO. During a period of over ten years held various positions at the professional football clubs ADO Den Haag and Excelsior. Successfully followed the training course Sports Business at Fontys College. Has founded his own independent sports management business and joined FDS in 2002. He used to play football at Quick Steps.
H.J. (Harmjan) Schilperoort (17-03-1975)
Completed his studies in Sports Management at the National College of Tourism and Transport in 2000. As part of his thesis for his study he did research on the social support in professional football, commissioned by the players' union, VVCS. Subsequently worked as Product Manager for a tour operator and as an account manager for Unilever Netherlands. Switched to the players' union VVCS and the international players' union FIFPro in 2005. Obtained his FIFA license in 2006 and started as an independent players' agent before joining FDS. He plays football at Excelsior Maassluis.
